Job Description

Summary

We are looking for a passionate Robotics Engineer to design and develop advanced robotic systems that integrate hardware, sensors, and intelligent software control. This role involves full-cycle system development—from CAD modeling and prototyping to real-world deployment and field validation. If you’re excited by hands-on building and working at the intersection of mechanics, electronics, and code, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design robotic systems with integrated mechanical, electronic, and control components.
  • Create 3D models and detailed drawings using CAD software.
  • Develop rapid prototypes for proof-of-concept and iterative testing.
  • Integrate actuators, sensors, controllers, and embedded systems.
  • Collaborate with electronics, firmware, and software teams for full-stack integration.
  • Conduct automated testing, diagnostics, and system validation in lab and field environments.
  • Support fabrication, assembly, and debugging of robotic hardware.
  • Document design decisions, test results, and field feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills

  • CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or equivalent)
  • Robotics kinematics, dynamics, and control
  • Sensor and actuator integration
  • Rapid prototyping (3D printing, CNC, laser cutting)
  • Basic embedded programming and microcontroller familiarity
  • Test rig design and automation
  • Mechanical design for manufacturability and robustness
  • System integration and troubleshooting
  • Excellent team collaboration and problem-solving

Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in robotics or related engineering roles
  • Strong foundation in mechanical systems and robotics principles
  • Hands-on experience building and validating physical prototypes
  • Exposure to embedded systems, control loops, and sensor fusion preferred
