Summary
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic professional to lead our Strategy & Partnerships function. This role is pivotal in driving collaborative R&D, managing key external partnerships, and overseeing the product innovation lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional programs that bridge innovation, execution, and client value—serving as a vital link between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive collaborative R&D initiatives and manage innovation partnerships with academic, industry, and government organizations.
- Lead strategic programs that align product development with market and client needs.
- Act as the central point of coordination for cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business units.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Interface directly with clients, partners, and vendors to represent technical vision and business objectives.
- Track key performance outcomes, deliverables, and milestones across multiple initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate new strategic opportunities to fuel growth and innovation.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for executive and external review.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Demonstrated success managing complex programs and stakeholder networks
