Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze emerging technology trends, startups, and innovations across domains relevant to Cenaura.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence, patent/IP landscape reviews, and market scans.
  • Prepare concise, insightful strategy briefs, reports, and opportunity maps for leadership and product teams.
  • Support technology evaluations and due diligence for potential collaborations or licensing.
  • Contribute to internal workshops and decision-making with structured analysis.
  • Work closely with R&D, partnerships, and product teams to align insights with company goals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the global innovation ecosystem, with an eye on disruption and strategic risk.

Qualifications

  • B.Tech + MBA or MS (Tech/Business/Policy-related discipline)
  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, tech scouting, or R&D roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to perform deep-dive research and turn findings into actionable insights
  • Background in consulting, corporate innovation, or R&D strategy preferred
