UX/UI Designer

Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-driven UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, clean, and futuristic experiences across our digital products. This role requires a strong design sensibility, collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate complex user needs into elegant design solutions. You will play a vital role in shaping the user experience for systems used in advanced technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric experiences through wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity prototypes, and UI components.
• Create seamless user flows and intuitive interactions across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, and product managers to iterate on design concepts.
• Conduct and synthesize user research insights to inform design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system and visual language.
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across interfaces.
• Present and communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Skills

• UI/UX design for complex digital systems
• Wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
• Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision
• Strong visual design and typography
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design
• User research and usability testing
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

• Experience with design systems and component libraries

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related discipline
• 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for data-driven or enterprise applications
• Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and polished execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working with front-end developers and understanding implementation constraints
